The Wounded Hollow is MHWilds Arena area and is considered a part of Suja, Peaks of Accord. Unlike previous titles you can freely access it like any other locations and Monsters can find their way into it, so it serves as an additional regualr hunting location. After Title Update 1, Arena Quests were added and the Wounded Hollow was used as the main location for them.
