Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unopen/unsealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been opened or unsealed and therefore not in a sellable condition, we are unable to accept them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note there may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

We cannot accept returns for items that were needed for Christmas & arrived after.

Delayed/Lost/Misrouted Packages

PHANTOM BRAWLERS cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Collectors

Our priority is to provide quality products to our customers. Please note that while we ensure the actual items inside are in excellent condition, we cannot guarantee pristine outer packaging due to factors outside our control. Products may occasionally arrive with minor scuffs, dents, or small tears in the packaging caused during distribution and shipping.

These minor imperfections are typically confined to the outer packaging and do not affect the condition or functionality of the item itself. By purchasing, you acknowledge that our products are intended for use rather than sealed collections. We do not accommodate requests for perfect packaging or offer replacements based solely on cosmetic packaging flaws.

If you require pristine, collector-grade packaging, we may not be able to meet your expectations and recommend seeking other options to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email PHANTOMBRAWLERS@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Current Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, and the current dispatch times are 5-10 working days. However please note that some orders may take longer than this as many of our products are made to order! Orders are dispatched via Evri, royal mail and/or dpd for now. This service usually takes 2-4 working days from the date of your order being dispatched.

If you think your order should have arrived and it hasn't, please email PHANTOMBRAWLERS@gmail.com with your order number.

Packaging

Some boxes may have minor cosmetic dents on the outer packaging due to transport. This does not affect the products inside, and, in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines, we cannot offer discounts or refunds for this.

Proxy Addresses

We do not ship to freight forwarding companies, proxy addresses, or third-party logistics warehouses. Orders placed using such addresses may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activity and ensure the safe delivery of goods.

Liability for Supplementary Costs

Delays: Unfortunately, delivery delays are beyond our control once an order has been dispatched. While we cannot accept liability for any supplementary costs resulting from delayed deliveries, we will do our best to provide updates and assist in resolving any issues with the courier.

Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, we will promptly offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Misrouted Orders: If an order is misrouted, we will assess the situation based on the details provided. If the original delivery address was entered correctly at the time of purchase, we will take responsibility and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order and would like to return something, please do so within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in the original packaging, unopen, and unsealed. For clothing, the items must be unworn with all tags.
