The special environment on the island has caused this Rathalos to become Radiant. Like the normal species, it can unleash powerful flame breaths, but it is also has a dangerous set of claws, so beware of surprise attacks from above. Monster Characteristics:
As radiant particles boost Radiant Rathalos' healing speed, they can unleash their enhanced flame breath without consequence. Scorched earth is often found in areas where Radiant Rathalos have appeared. Observations show that radiant particles gather in their heads and mix with the secretions in their flame sacs, occasionally resulting in breath attacks with radiant particles and Radiantite fragments.
Infernal Skies
Radiant Rathalos continuously breathe fire while airborne. When the breath hits the ground, it explodes across a wide area.
Infernal Cataclysm
Radiant Rathalos select a target and launch a continuous, fierce attack. Due to the radiant particles and Radiantite fragments in the breath, solidified lava formations sometimes appear on the ground. If these catch fire, they cause larger explosions. Do not let the formations get hit by Radiant Rathalos' breath attacks.
