Insects capable of discharging small amounts of electricity. They are drawn to electrical sources, particularly the fulgurite formed by lightning strikes. Thunderbug materials can be used to craft many useful tools such as shock traps and Thunder Ammo. They used to be considered a Crafting Material, which you could gather with a Bug Net when first introduced in the series, but have been changed to Endemic Life since MHWorld. Thunderbug is a Endemic Life first introduced in MH.
